बढ्दो ऊर्जा संकटका कारण अन्य व्यवसायहरु संकटमा परिरहेको समयमा र्याफटिङ व्यवसायीहरुले भने ऊर्जा संकट हटाउन गरिने विद्युतगृह निर्माणका कारण र्याफटिङ व्यवसाय धराशयी हुन लागेकोमा चिन्ता प्रकट गरेका छन्। नेपाल एसोसिएसन अफ र्याफटिङ एजेन्ट्स (नारा) ले शुक्रबार सम्पन्न १९औं वाषिर्क उत्सवमा र्याफटिङ व्यवसायीहरुले सम्पर्ण् हिमनदीहरुमा विद्युत्गृह निर्माणको क्रम बढेकाले र जथाभावी तवरले ड्याम निर्माण गरेका कारण पर्वतारोहणपछिको दोस्रो व्यवसायको रुपमा रहको र्याफटिङ संकटमा परेको जनाए
